Reserve





Books that are in high demand are kept behind glass in the Reserve, in the Discussion Room.
They have a red or yellow strip around the cover, and in the library catalogue the shelfmark will have
the suffix 'RESERVE (please ask library staff)'.
 
They can be borrowed just like any other book, but you will have to contact a member of the library
staff in order to actually get hold of the book, and so you will need to do this during office hours.
 
You must issue the book to yourself straight away, even if you're only using it in the library, so
that we know it's out to someone while it's not actually in the reserve.
